It feels like this year is on a sprint because how is it May already??? Screaming because it feels like I was yelling out "HAPPY NEW YEAR" like 2 days ago!! Anyway, today I saw a tweet saying "The Geminis are defrosting, Crazy people'' and as a Gemini, I really have no idea what we did to the whole world but ejor, forgive us.

Anyways back to what I was saying, Summer is at the corner and we have just the right summer cocktails for you to enjoy while having fun at the beach, at a restaurant, or just chilling at home.

The very first on the list is the delicious Passion fruit Martini.

Ingredients: Passion Fruit (they should be halved and have a crinkly look), Vanilla vodka, Passoã or any passion fruit liqueur, Lime juice, sugar cane syrup, and Finally Prosecco to serve.

The instructions on how to make this are very easy as well.

Instructions: Scoop the seeds from one of the passion fruits into the glass of a cocktail shaker, add in your Vanilla Vodka, passion fruit liqueur, lime juice, and sugar syrup, add some ice and shake well, strain into a martini glass, top up with Prosecco, then add half a passion fruit and serve.
