Many of those traditions we still hold on to today such as insisting on using the same highland spring water and sculpting our copper stills to be exact replicas of those of our predecessors. Because our line of business is so sensitive, we have strict return procedure. Before orally or formally accepting a delivery or signing a products acceptance form, we advise our customers to double-check their deliveries in the presence of our dispatch riders.
