It's a very sunny day in Lagos, as usual, and what I need right now is a very chilled cocktail. Yes, I am aware that it's 11:02 AM. OMG! No need to judge me🙄—I'm just a girl🤭, and it's 5:00 PM somewhere, right? Let's just say I'm time-traveling into the future.
Among the really long list of summer cocktails, what I really need right now is a Piña Colada🤤🍍. One thing I really love about this cocktail is how easy it is to make. If you are like me and you love a Piña Colada, allow me to introduce you to my easy 5-minute recipe for this deliciousness.
Ingredients:
- Pineapple juice
- White rum
- Coconut cream
- Wedge of pineapple to garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Put all your ingredients (except your garnish, of course) into a blender.
- Add some ice and blend until smooth.
- Finally, pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Easy, right? I know!
I adore Piña Coladas because they remind me of tropical vacations and carefree beach days. The blend of pineapple and coconut is just perfect for sunny weather.
